    Our role

    What we do with Zoho

    We set up Zoho apps for SMEs. We start with a scoping phase: which app removes the biggest bottleneck, who will use it and which data belongs in it. Then we configure the app from the standard, move your data across, train your team and stay available after go-live.

    For us Zoho is always a business app next to your ERP, never the ERP itself. For accounting, trade and stock we work with Uniconta and BizBloqs. There is no integration between Zoho and Uniconta or BizBloqs, so we agree with you in advance which data you keep where.

    Approach

    A fixed scope and an estimate in advance

    A separate system, such as a Zoho app, we set up as a project. You know in advance what is included, because we fix the scope and give an estimate before we start. We keep the start small: a limited set of fields and stages that your team actually fills in, and extension only once the basic process works.

    Professional services firms and trading companies in the SME segment that want to move their sales, customer contact and collaboration out of separate programs and spreadsheets. Usually these are teams where one or two people manage the system next to their own work.
